- Rogers relocations are complete
- Hydro One and Bell connections to be completed by this spring with forestry work being completed and pole relocations to follow
- Site prep, including grading and construction of some retaining walls to be completed following Hydro One relocations.
- Enbridge Gas relocations to be completed in 2024
- Reconstruction of the intersection of County Road 22 and Horseshoe Resort to being after Enbridge Gas relocations (this is phase 1 of reconstruction).
- Reconstruction of 3rd Line and 4th Line intersections, as well as straight sections of CR 22 in between will be completed as later phases. Order of phases to be determined
